Barracks Art Studios Thirroul manages an Artist in Residence Program. Artists are invited to apply for the non residential, studio space at any time. If the studio is occupied applicants are invited to apply to be placed on the waiting list.
3 months contract, 24 hour access, Street level, no stairs, own lock up studio 3m x 8 m, access to water, good natural light, under cover outside working areas, secure parking, Easy access to public transport, buses and trains, Short walk to the shops and beach.
The studios are open to the public during Thirroul Seaside and Arts Festival in early April each year and for the Northern Illawarra Art Trail but otherwise operate as private studio space.
The BAST AIR Studio is now accepting applications for residencies.
The AIR studio is occupied at the moment, November 2022.
